About the Campaign
Hello and thank you for showing interest in our needs. I’m a single mother with a son who has Autism, Tourettes syndrome, TBI and seizure disorders. I recently spent all my savings to move my son to a state more suited for his needs. We struggle daily with expenses as most of our family have turned their backs to us. Food and normal everyday things are hard to come by. I have a college degree but with my son in this condition I have given my life to making sure his is filled with the best doctors he can get. His father (my ex hubby) hasn’t seen him in 10 years and hasn’t ever sent a birthday or Christmas card. He is thousands behind in child support with court case the end of June. My son’s birthday is June 13 and he is full of disappointment yet again. We are driving around a car with a cracked intake manifold and many other issues. He doctors 2 hours from our home in Buffalo NY and sees 3 specialist there each month. Which takes the remaining part of my money for gas. We need to get this car fixed asap. Even if you can’t help us, please take something from this campaign. Everyone has feelings, everyone gets hungry and everyone deserves love regardless of how they are. Be a kind human.
